OH NOS! THE ZERG HAVE INFESTED THE SHADOWLANDS! Or is it the other way around?
Ahem. Yes, their best stronghold is definately Spawning Grounds, right now. So much goodness associated with it, its too bad though, it hasn't gotten a decent personality in quite some time, kinda like Lion. >.> Of course, they don't really try to make the best, better, from what I understand... only the bad and worst better. (Which is why Mantis is getting major props. ^^)
you mean senseis arnt allowed in gold?
damn! i really should polish upon current rulings and deck design (not that i use senseis in any of my decks)
this is the problem you encounter when you stop playing a game for a few years, everything changes
i wouldn't polish up too hard. while i don't know the filipino release date (quite possibly the same as the american) there are supposed to be a fair number of changes in diamond...
There aren't any Senseis that are legal in Gold Edition. You can still play them, they just don't technically exist as cards in Gold Edition. Shadowlands players would use Dark Moto IIRC and Nio, but I'm not for 100% sure.
i havtn really used any yet, ive been playing l5r since the pre-sensei era. just wanted to know what people generally use
the cards take abt maybe a few days to a week before they get here after the release.
Sensei might come back in Diamond. I've even heard rumors that they might start having sensei's in expansion decks instead of new strongholds. But if they do, expect them to not be broken and just plan wrong like some of the old sensei. :)

Ideally Sensei will give you cool effects and options and we won't see too many broken ones.
Modifying Gold is a bad idea. Nio Sensei was the worst. It was OK for Naga (we sucked anyway, it just leveled the field a little)... Crab and Phoenix could only play it against Unicorn... It was truly evil when the Shadowlands had it... They had most of the advantages of a 4 Gold Stronghold, but could still cut someone else's GP down by 1 no matter who they were, because their GP was considered 0. Really just a kick in the pants for all those players of 3 Gold SHs.
