I was just wondering how these seasons work. Is there a battle every single week with prizes kinda like Mechwarrior, or is it something else?

Well, the Seasons are over, but a new promotion called Clan Rivalries will be starting soon. They should work similar to the Seasons.

The Seasons could be run in 3 different ways: a League, a tournament, or an in store prooition.

With the league, everyone plays regular games on the league days with the stipulation that you can't play the same person twice in a row without playing someone else in between. The leagues varied depending on who was running them. For instance, with the Seasons I ran, I would run the league for 3 weeks, giving the top player of each week a Clan Box, and ending the league with a final tournament for the other 3 boxes (1st, 2nd, & 3rd places) and the overall prize.

With a single tournament, the top 6 players would get a box. Or alternatively, the top 5 players and the top player of that Clan. I even once heard of someone giving boxes to the top 5 and the last place player. Once again, this was largely up to whoever was running it.

As for the in store promotion, I never saw anyone do that option, so I'm not sure how it would have worked.
