Just a few suggestions of the top of my head.
Cards that needed to be added:
orb of baasts
halts
substitute
broom sticks
spiked clubs
the dark angel's presences
and some stuff for deck out b/c x2 flashback, recuperation, and oops is not going to cut it against quality rokuyukai decks, and the new urameshi puppet decks.

actually his improvements are useless... if you ask me... ill give you a suggestion on a few things

Lineup - Just to be safe, take out bui, and add in Karasu from the starter, he's alot better and you get all your items back :) just in case of mill decks.... and make your line up this...

i say you should add in 2 more allied forces so you can draw it alot faster

True, it is a rush deck, but having just one removal card like the Dark angel's presence that he could regenerate a couple of times would be good tech incase he gets in a bad situation...just a thought.

Indeed,this is a Rush deck....since Its like traffic,it takes a bit of time to go through its force or something cute like that! ^^
