I've got two words for ya: Spectacular Battle. That card is Toguro's second wife, with Under Pressure being the first.
Get rid of the Heroic Strikes and add two or three Spectacular Battles. Also, Karasu, the Bomber is ####. Switch out to the regular Karasu or Bui, Tormented Soul. You would also do well to switch to Elder Toguro, the Indestructible for more drawing power to put your attacks at 100% power. If you can get some Under Pressures, then put them in, by all means. Get rid of Party Time and "Lucky" Winners and put in 2 more copies of No Mercy. Ooops! is going to be a dead card in your deck 97% of the time. Cut the Death Seed for a Kazuya's Pistol; you don't want Yoko getting one of those from you. You also might want to add two or three Desperate Assaults. 0 cost techniques are your best friend, but Chorus of a Thousand Souls is too risky. Don't bother with Surprise Attack unless you expect to run into a ton of Chu, the Team Captain. Discarding it for your team bonus is 100% better.

why arent u running the other elder toguro? i think its better since it allows u to draw a lot of cards. and i also think that latent warrior is better than trasformed, but i guess it depends on the person playin it... one more thing, why r u running all for one and one for all? u will almost never have the same team symbols...

I never would run Inestuctible becuase he was basically a ICYO target. If I get 1 I'll try it out and see how it works out.

Im going to have to get my hands on a Karasu and a Indestructible ( I never get the commons I want). Same with Signature moves (I never get the good rares either.)

If I can get my hands on Spectacular Battle It's going in there. I gotta get another Toguro Starter set so I can get the No Mercy.

I might cut the Ooops! when I get a Recuperation but if my store would get some more boxes, I also can add in a Desperate Assault.
