Ok well i just bought a box yesterday but so did everyone else so i did some trading and here is what i have so far please rate 1-10. 10 being the best

I give it a 7/10. Here is why:

~ Current gaming environments favor the milling decks. This deck is thin and easily torn about by a solid Roku or Mukuro mill deck.

~ You're line up is fine, but think about a different 5th fighter, such as "Yusuke:Unleashed". Many decks are built for offense and will beat you down as hard and as fast as possible. It's a sad fact for anyone just starting out. But "Unleashed" can level the playing field.

~ You lack many items. Since this could become a problem around the 3rd and 4th matches (should the game make it that far), you need to get cards back into your deck, most noteably items. Think about adding a "Boton's Toolbox".

~ (goes with above comment) Add in some extra items. Examples: "Death Seed", "Magicial Drink", and "Fire Seal". "Invisible Bomb" is also a good item to have it you have more Spirit Points than your opponent. By the look of some of your items and such, you want to lower defenses. Add in a few "Deleterious Bomb", either gain +2500 to you attack or -1500 to their defense. Your choice.

~ Finally, if you add in "Death Seed", add a "Deat Tree" for every "Death Seed". That is one of the most commonly used Item/Technique combo and is also the cheapest and easiest.

Those are just some suggestions. Really, really work on the first suggestion though. Milling/Burning is the deck of choice at the moment (followed closely by Beatdown and Charming).
