Ok, well, I made a Charming deck the other day, and Im pretty sure this cool combo works. Its basically a one turn sideline kill.
Basically, all you need is a Scatter Shot (Exile TC) and a Bui's Final Strike (Exile SR). Ok, first make sure your defense is higher than your opponents defense. Then, play Bui's Final Strike during your main step. Now, you can attack anybody in play. Now, make sure you have a Scatter Shot on your fighter. Now, you can attack your opponents sideline character that you think is going to hurt you the most. Make sure you can do 2 clicks of damage, and now attack twice with Scatter Shot. BOOM, one sideline character down.
well, it'll cost u alot of cards to do that, unless u have yusuke's alliance, but that'll still cost u 4 cards to do so+cards to pump up ur attacks. otherwise, this is stil a good way to hit their sideline, but i guess other things can work too.
instead of the scatter shots, you can use anthing else that attacks twice to do the same thing, like jin, and other techniques or characters.
I know, but with the Charming deck that I have I draw X amount of cards per turn, so 6 cards is deff worth it IMO...I just like it because its a cool combo to play if it all works out right.
your best bet with that kind of combo is to attack different characters on the sideline. Once you've got 2 or 3 points on all of them, then you start pinging them off. Otherwise you could lose one of your characters that you need. And if you dont need them in the first place, then they shouldn't be there. But also with doing 2 to all of em, if you run into any trouble with the first match and lose, you've got 2 points on all the other characters which makes it that much easier to beat them.
Yeah but if your opponent has a character with a great sideline effect or loads of face down cards on him, you might want to take him out. If you know one of your opponent's characters is going to win the match, you can take him down before the match. But thatcutekitty's strategy is also sometimes useful. If you can take all your opponent's sidelined characters down to 2 damage, you can win those matches regardless of who gets first strike as long as you can deal 2 damage.
Sinister Trap (or guardians of the human world in Sensui). Your fighter takes a point instead of a sidelined fighter taking two, and your opponent then can't attack again.
in a charming deck the cards in your hand don't really matter because if you play yukina, the one where if hiei is in play then you draw 4 cards and still you discard the top 3 cards of you opp. deck. so your hand doesn't matter as long as you get a good bluid up and always hold on halt in case they want to discard your hand.
no no no. u've got it all wrong. scatter shot- not invincible.
scatters are easy to beat and the tech is also, even if the deck isnt the "formal" scat. scats are easy to beat. 1 get higher defence. 2 if they have a higher def make sure they cant do double. 3 surpirse them with a stop it or acceptable losses.
its simple to kill. really u just need cards that discard attached cards. and strike is once per match also so that isnt that good. the only thing u can do is end ur floating effects and u wont get that many of those and chalenge of wills since that is also 1 per deck.
this is a hard one to pull off sad, and an allaround waste of time
