Ok heres my idea, a deck that can counter everything.
Starting Lineup would consist of (and not necesserily in this order)
Ruka - counters Ult Sac decks
Kenko - recover from Ruka or counter mill
misc character
misc character
Time Freeze to counter kings
problem is I am having trouble thinking of ways to counter the OTK decks, the Urameshi mill (give your opp the Koenma team bonus and Rush with Touou and SAC OF Life alot) i can use Koenma Young Ruler in the right spot if I see it comeing. But I need ideas for the others.
Also I still need to figure out a victory condition, any ideas people?
Sinister trap can be usefull against Touou as you stop the attack and all its' effects. counterparts counters card draw and for a victory condition you could base your deck around an idea I had a few weeks ago. in your other two slots run Jeorge Saotome super hero and either Karasu methodical tactician or Yukina welcoming child. use materialize to pull out bizzare. you should also run huh?? and stalk to force your opponent to draw and empowered emotions to take their hand away. what do you think?
kind of like puppet mill, could work but I was trying to figure out a more stable condition. I was gonna do a OHK deck with Jin, Shura, and Touou. But I'd lose kenko and that massive regen. Also Sinister Trap would work but it's still an OTK deck and I'd need to be in my second turn to use it. I could just wait till Score takes care of those though.
