If you want answers to yu-gi-oh questions I would recommend not asking them on a dead site about a different card game. YuGiOhrealms, however, is a great site. Lucky for you, I can help you with these questions.
1. When your opponent summons Exiled Force you can not immediately chain Ring of Destruction. Whenever your opponent summons a monster, they have priority to activate that monster's effect. If they choose to pass priority over to you, then you may activate Ring of Destruction.
2. Dark Magician of Chaos is only removed from play when it is removed from the field. It doesn't matter if it is being sent to the graveyard, hand, or deck, it is removed instead. If it starts out in the hand or deck, then it is sent to the graveyard.
3. Similar to #1, when your opponent summons Chaos Emperor Dragon they have priority to use its effect. If they choose to pass priority to you and you choose to activate Ring of Destruction, they may not chain CED's effect because CED effect is a spell speed 1 and Ring of Destruction is a spell speed 2.
4. That is perfectly legal, and your spell card will resolve normally. The cards go on the chain in this order your: spell card (we'll say Pot of Greed as an example), Imperial Order, Mystical Space Typhoon. Now the chain resolves backwards. Mystical Space Typhoon activates and destroys Imperial Order. Imperial Order does not activate because the effect is only active when it is on the field, and MST just destroyed it. Now Pot of Greed (or any other spell) resolves normally.
5. Swords stays on the field, but it no longer prevents your opponent from attack as long as Imperial Order remains on the field. However, the turn count will still continue. Even if Imperial Order remains on the field, Swords will still destroy itself at the end of the three turns. If Imperial Order should leave the field before the three turns are up, it will become active again and prevent your opponent from attacking for the remainder of the three turns.
6. When Greenkappa flips face-up he immediately targets 2 spell/trap cards. After that, your opponent may chain any effect that is a spell speed 2 or higher, including 1 of the 2 targeted cards.
7. The flip effect is already on the chain, and Ceasefire will not negate it. It will still negate the flip effects of any monsters that were still face-down.
