Will there be any monsters in future sets that have haste(No summoning sickness)? I was just wondering.

so far after 8 sets none have shown up. Though evolution monsters dont have the summoning sickness BUT you must have a certain type of monster already on the field to summon the evolution monster (its similar to Pokemn)

There is haste in this game, it is called Speed Attacker and first appeared in SET 5: RETURN OF THE SURVIVOR.

Man, so late into the game? I was hoping they would come with Set 2 or Set 3 since evolution cards will be released in set 2.

If WOTC keep to the same pattern as the Japanese releases for introducing new abilities, Speed attacker will be out next year at this time as the releases of the expansions is every 3 months, that is not that long to wait for this ability.

That would depend on the cost and power of the creature. If it is expensive it isn't cheap, and if it is easily killed it isn't cheap.

Up until set 7 in Japan there have been 8 speed attackers (power mana cost) 7000 7, 3000 5, 1000 3, 8000 8, 3000 6, 5000 3, 4000 6 3000 3.
The 3 cost 5000 cannot attack players but is good to attack tapped creatures, especially red rush decks.

If we do get Speed Attackers I just hope they are real expensive.
That way we won't see anyone just throw those in their deck and make cheep wins.

I also noticed hte lack of Evolution cards in the base set. I guess it gives us something to look foward to in the next expansion.
