For the Dark Water Deck...
Shtra, Aqua Deformer, and Smile Angler dont seem to work in this particular since they all cost alot of mana to play and by than it could be too late, so i say which with a solid Liquid People Evo line. And Hydro Hurricane wont work either since this deck is mostly Water based and HH doenst work with the Water Civ.

For the Mana Destruction Deck.
Lose Essence Elf since u only Have 8 spells in this deck. you could replace Elf with Barkwhip and 2 Searing Waves.

for the first deck, take out spiral gate for death smoke, and take out Aqua Deformer for Aqua Hulcus. We've all said that Aqua Sniper is outdated, and Aqua Deformer is just a Aqua Sniper that bounces mana instead of creatures. Not only that, but evolving a deformer is just.....insane. Also, take HH down to 2, cause not only wont it go with you plan to bounce mana, but it will also wont do very well, because you've got a mostly water deck here.

For the second deck, just take out your 4 essence elf for 4 searing waves.
