IRS is for when i special summon a proto (other than from shining angel) so i can then have 4 cybers on the field for power bond, plus it also brings back the cybers from the grave so i dont have to sit on em, i can still SS them and not be worried about them getting sent to the grave

Both of us I believe. Cyber Dragons aren't considered to be a competitive deck-type unto themselves.

That said:

I'd cut the number of Proto Cyber dragons in your deck a bit. Three is too many. Maybe two at most. From there, I'd add in another Cyber Stein.

If you cut another monster in the future, consider Roulette Barrel. It's a machine that is pullable by Shining Angel and has a chance at giving you some free removal every turn.

Sangan might be nice.

-1 Inferno Reckless Summon. I love the card, but it doesn't fit in here.
-1 Powerbond. You only need to Bond once for game. Having three icreases your chances of bad top decks.

+1 Future Fusion. It's a machine deck. Future fusion would allow you to tutor for anything under the sun. Grab a Stein, Jinzo, whatever you need.
+1 Overload Fusion. Throwing together a Chimeratech OVerdragon is a nice thing in a top decking situation.

and ive been back and forth quite a few times on irs....it kinda situational for this deck which i know...

im really close to going with a 2nd solemn judgment or rush recklessly

hmmm.......nice.....nice....ill have to say drop a proto for a angel.....protos are best in 2s......and angel is to search for ur other stuff...drop drillroid for sangan......just cause hes a good searcher.....thats really all i can think of.....i really dont know much about horus's......any help i did give wouldnt be much help.....sorry.....thanks for the r/f though

exiled force is already side decked, and stein is already in there...and i think that 2 is just too much

i want to keep the cyber phoenix's there so i dont get killed by targeting effects like creature swap and sak armors....

i do like the TT idea tho...i might have to side that in for something, i wont main deck it yet since 9/10 i have the upper hand on field presence

Dropping Bounder may be a good idea.

Also, Overload Fusion with Blowback Dragon is good stuff.

i think ill do that and just side him for now if i do end up needing him.....

i havent really thought about that 1....but ill definately give it a shot thanx!!!!!

Proto is only good with Inferno....With Future, you can fuse anything, or just dump for CHimera. A 3rd light hex wil help the power combo of Cyber + Hex. Sangan fetches Faith, or HEx, Deko, or Phoenix. Power Bond is not that much needed, but one could come in handy.

Last will is another option. Easy fetch for hex or Cyber Phoenix. Check my "Watch your wallet" deck in Competitive play.

hmmm... I haven't played many fusion decks.. so, honestly I don't think I would be too big of help. i do like Xav's fixes though... they seem the most helpful and very easy.. he even explained how they would help well.

Interesting, it seems like it would be very aggressive. If I were you, I'd main-deck Last Will. Use it when you sac your guys for Light Hex to get a Cyber Phoenix, or play a Proto before you fuse it. You'd be surprised how many people will fall for a OTK like that, particularly when they summon a recruiter on Turn 1, thinking they're safe.

When you get a Chimeratech, you should immediately main-deck Future Fusion, it is without a doubt worth it.

Good deck, 8.5/10
