1) MODIFICATION: 3 sabresaurus - FOR - 3 Cyber dragon
REASON: You have 5 tribute, you need at least 3 easy tribute situations.

2) MOD: 1 Bottomless - FOR - 1 Torrential Tribute
REASON: Clears the field they can't summon again and you can build your
field again next turn.

3) MOD: Take the Lighning Vortex out.
REASON: Cause you want to pinch their monsters with your brain controls to
tribute for your ultimate tyranno's, plus discarding one card is to
hefty a price to pay in this format.

4) MOD: Take one rush reck out.
REASON: (FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE) You've got no mosters on the field,
no set spell or traps, you need a good draw or you're finished,
CRAP, RUSH RECK. That happened to me in a pharaoh tour match.

Note: Cyber Dragon is NOT necessary. It is a nice card to add but it does not take priority over since it does not fit with the decks theme.

Exiled doesn't fit the theme, breaker doesn't, neither does morphing jar, or sangan, or magician of faith.

The cyber dragon is support it can be summoned with ease and can be used as tribute fodder, just giving you a suggestion. I would never, ever run a normal monster ever and if i hadn't had any cyber dragons in my dack and i had a few normal monsters i would take the vanilla monsters out straight away for the cyber dragons. It was just a suggestion. Sorry.

Plus another quick point a dark world deck can be called a dark world deck if it just has the goldd or sillva in it, it doesn't need every last dark world card out in the deck to be called it.

Magician of Faith: To get back 1 Spell card for my grave. This card is a real staple since most decks do use spell cards.

Sangan: Come on this card has always been in 90+% of the decks recorded. It allows for search ability. Allowing to gain access to nearly half the monsters in the deck.

Exiled Force: It is only there to save the hassle of trying to use Hyper Hammer Heads effect. Its search able and saves time.

Breaker the Magical Warrior: Like Magician of Faith it has always been a staple for most decks depending on the theme. Since Breaker the Magical Warrior can work in nearly any deck it also because of its effect, its a nice addition to a deck.

Morphing Jar: Its effect is pretty simple to understand, you get to get a new hand who wouldn't use it?

Cyber Dragon: Cyber Dragon isn't necessary most of the decks played today. Just because of its effect makes it "good" tribute fodder doesn't mean it's a staple. Just adding it to deck because of that reason alone more likely then not defeats the purpose of the deck. Like adding Cyber Dragon to Dark Necrofear Return or Soul Control which are done of a regular basis! Why not add something which would be more productive to the theme like Soul Exchange or Giant Germ? Because they believe the use of the card is not limited but in actuality it is.

A theme is what the deck's main combination of specific cards, attribute or monster type is used to win the game. So if you add 2 Goldd and Silva to my deck is will still make it a Dino-theme deck. But knowing that mathematically speaking, that your "theme" makes up less then 5% of the deck and none of the deck directly supports that 5%, it doesn't make the deck any way at all that "theme". That’s like saying if I add in 2 Giant Rat, 1 D.D Warrior Lady, 1 Mystic Swordsman LV2 and 1 Exiled Force it makes it Warrior Control, when it doesn't.
