The basic idea was to see how I could work Dark Lucius into a deck. This was the end result of a few minutes of brainstorming. The reason I went ahead and put Level Up! in is simple: Theoretically, Ha Des and the Flamberge should cover LV6's requirement to transform into LV8, and even if they don't, I can simply Level Up! into it and get
A) A thinner deck
B) Necrofear fodder
and C) A 2800-ATK Fiend. Effect or not that's still pretty nasty, and again, Hades and the Flamberge can cover negating stuff if need be.

The Dark World stuff's in there because I've never run into problems in the past splashing Dark World, despite how so many people tell me I'm a moron for doing it. Brron may seem like a dumb idea, but 1800's still pretty solid, and if I get to thin my deck a little or cause my opponent another 2300 points of pain out of nowhere, I'm all for it.

Please, don't suggest something overused like Goblin Elite Attack Force or Slate Warrior...if I wanted to build a "cookie" Fiend deck, I would have. I work with one kind of cookie only, and it's filled with chocolate chips and peanut butter, not staples. I'm trying a new idea here and seeing where it goes...you don't find new ideas thinking like everyone else.
