Well, everybody is using the machine structure deck to make gadgets, but what about those ancient gears that are just thrown to the floor afterwords? Well, instead of using them to pick last night's meatloaf out of my teeth, I decided to make a Golem rush deck, consisting mainly of the less popular golems of the structure deck. Let me know what you think! I am ref for ref.

Pretty much, this deck is meant to counter the slow speed of the golem with small machines and machine duplication, while stalling with Sakus, Reflects, and Controllers. Well, what do you think?
-1 machine duplication - I get that this is a big part of the deck, but from what I saw, there are only three different monsters you can use this with, which will often make this card a dead draw.
-1 ancient gear castle - again, I can see how this can help, but it's my experience that running three leads to dead draws, not to mention doesn't truely net much card advantage.
+1 Ancient Gear Drill - this is actually a -1, usually, but if you fetch machine duplication, it can be a +1 instead. in addition, it will thin your deck out, and make your combos much easier.
+1 Sangan - another card to make the combos easier. if you want to rush with these weenies, shouldn';t Sangan be the perfect card for you?
as for the trap lineup, I really like rare metalmorph in there, but I'll drop on ein this fix, simply because it's taking up space where a ring of destruction or torrential tribute should go.
All in all, great deck, though it needs some work. I would recommend trying to find another slot for your support platform as well, but I couldn't find anything to take out for it. You've come up with an original build to an already original deck, that looks like it could actually work. nice job!
Thanks for the changes...now I have been debating with myself about this... should I use Cyber phoenix or Dekoichi? And what ratio of the tributes should I have? Right now Ive got Engineer x1, Beast x2, Golem x2.

In my experience, Dekoichi makes the game slower. Even though it nets you a free draw, so does Phoenix, and it has a better effect to boot. Plus, you can still get Phoenix's effect through searchers like UFO Turtle, while with Dekoichi you can't because it has to be set. I believe Phoenix is the better choice overall, but in the end it's your choice.
