Personally since the majority of your monsters, except for monsters you want to get destroyed or cant be destroyed by battle, are D-Heroes I would opt for 3 D-Counter and 1 Destiny Signal over 3 Sakuretsu and 1 D-Counter/Destiny Signal.

I like the D-Heroes as well :p
