Ok here is my idea of a dragon deck that might be able to go all the way in regionals. With a little help of course.
Monsters:
3 Troop Dragon
3 Masked Dragon
2 Armed Dragon lv3
2 Armed Dragon lv5
1 Armed Dragon lv7
1 Horus The Black Flame Dragon lv4
2 Horus The Black Flame Dragon lv6
1 Horus The Black Flame Dragon lv8
1 Kaiser Glider
1 Tyrant Dragon
2 Divine Dragon Ragnarok
2 Lord of D.
1 Exiled Force
1 Twin Headed Behemoth
2 Cyberdark Horn
Magics:
1 Heavy Storm
1 Mystic Space Typhoon
1 Scape Goat
2 Dragon's Mirror
1 Future Fusion
1 Brain Control
1 Lightning Vortex
1 Level Up
1 Graceful Charity->To be replaced with Snatch Steal when new band list goes into effect
1 Creature Swap
1 Swords of Revealing Light
Traps:
2 Interdimensional Matter Transporter
2 Nightmare Wheel
2 Light of Intervention
1 Magic Cylinder
1 Call of The Haunted
1 Torrential Tribute
2 Forced Back
2 Magic Drain
I personally don't advocate the Armed Dragon and Horus together, they seem to mesh horribly.
And I know where you're going with Light of Intervention, but I suggest you drop both of them for a another Level Up! and a 3rd Interdimensional Matter Transporter.
Would you mind looking at Pride/Superbia in my sig?
Though its not completely necessary, you might consider putting Flute of Summoning dragon in since you have two D. Lords. Like the other poster said, it might be a bad idea to have Armed Dragon and Horus both in the deck. Other Dragons to consider could be Mirage Dragon or Exploder Dragon(similar alternative to Exiled force if you want an ALL dragon deck). Also you might consider adding something to make up for losing Graceful charity to add more draw power to your deck, which you will need if you plan on discarding cards for effects like armed Dragon. Jar of Greed or Blasting vein might be good cards to add, though probably not your only options.
Also, if you have the time, could you take a look at my monster removal deck in my sig? thanks.
I think it has, but I'm only basing that on the online Card game I play, which does have the card. It usually keeps up with what's released and such. But this is what it does:
Exploder Dragon
Attribute: Earth
Dragon/Effect
When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle, destroy the monster that destroyed this card. Battle Damage to both players Life Points from this card being in battle is reduced to 0.
1000 ATK / 0 DEF
I can see Armed Dragon and Horus not meshing quite right however I don't see how I can come out strong without him. I can use Masked Dragon to pull him out the on my second turn (assuming I go first.) I prevent crossout with light of intervention and monster flip effects as well. I could add more tribute somon dragons but the only problem I have run into there is having a hand full of tributes. This of course has happened with lv5 and lv6 so I made my deck a 50 card deck. I have not come across the same problem since. I do want to make it run without the Armed Dragons I just need some suggestions.
Well 50 Cards is way too large of a deck. Most 40 card decks will have swarmed the field and gained the advantage while you are still preparing because you have a smaller chance of drawing the cards you need. Take out the 2 Nightmare wheels. If they tribute the monsters you are stuck with the wheel on you side of the field. And take the lights of intervention. That brings the deck to 46. Now take out one of the level families. Too hard to use both together. That will bring the total to 41 or 42 respectively. Now if you take out Armed Dragon's family I would recommend adding 1 more Horus Lvl 4. Also take out the 2 Force Back's and add 2 solemn judments, it is better to lose half your life points and negate anything that could cost you the win than to just negate the normal summon and flip summon of a monster. Besides alot of the best cards are special summoned. Now if you just use armed dragons the monsters are ok but just change the spell and traps ike I said in the last sentence. Hope my help is helpful. Oh please rate the decks in my sig's

This one isn't really a Dragon deck, so much as one that focuses on negating their traps and spells. None of these are perfect, and I'm coming up with them while working, but I thought I'd try and give some ideas. Could you look at any of the decks in my sig? Thanks
