Three blues is pushing it big time. It is fun to experiment with because it fullfills the level requirements and it can easily special summoned. HOWEVER in a deck that so fragile you can never afford to end up with a dead draw. I love the deck idea but it will do HORRIBLE in a topdecking situation which is all too common nowadays.

Shinato serves a beatstick and nothing else. The real power will come from running powerhouse monsters like demise, zork and ruin.

And did u forget about Manju of the ten thousand hands aka Manju God. This is Sonic Duck AND Senju wrapped into one card. And you WILL be needing Three copies of him.

Three copies of Gene Warped Warwolf should not be the only normal monsters you rub in the deck either. Your decklist needs alot of work...but dont worry because im trying to perfect mine as well.
