Ok, I been running a dragon deck for... well, forever. I run a 100% dragon deck just because I feel anything else shouldn't be called a "Dragon Deck". Anyway, I'll try to help you out anyway...

Ok, First thing's first, get the White Horned Dragon out. That could be for your side deck. Also take these out,
fusilier dragon, the dual-mode beast x2
d.d. warrior lady
sangan
spirit reaper

You're running Stamping Destructions. Drawing those things without having any dragons is just awful. Up those to three. And if you draw one and don't need it be sure to set it. Sometimes an opponent will destroy it and waste a precious M/T removal card.
Side deck Dragon's mirror. Drop metamorphosis and creature swap. Get a book of moon in there. And try to get some enemy controllers. Also get a swords of revealing light, you'll need that. Anyway, I don't agree with the cyber dragons but they'll probably work for you.

what to put in a side deck.... well to me these are a few i would put in
-Lord of d
-heart of clear water
-dragon's bead
-different dimension dragon (goes good with masked dragon and is good for stalling)
-Tyrant dragon (can work for some power)
-spear dragon

I'd Say add an Exploder dragon from the WC07 game cause he is a rockin dragon that destroys others and he is just so cool for any dragon deck. I'd also try gettin one of those dragons that have 2000 attack but is destroyed at the end of the turn from the Zane pack cause that's a rockin card. Thats mostly what i have to say about this deck also please r/f my deck.
