OVM for more creature destruction +appentice searcher, IFL cant be searched out...Scapegoat clusters your field, which you probably dont want, so thats out...You probably dont wanna use POA, because putting V-Lord and Phoenix in your deck wont bring them back from graveyard. Vortex helps you dump stuff in the grave to return with BOL, PB, or Call, smashing ground if you can because it doesnt need a discard for less of an effect. Brain Control to Sac for tributes, and I would choose BOL +1 if you put the extra Kokki, but thats your option.

I've greatly refined your list and made it far more conistent and redundent. I've also fixed th glairing weekness it has verses things called Cyber Dragon. Hopefuly this list will help you do better on your budget. Lily could be added as could Cyber Dragons and Mirror Force but those might be out of your budget range.

I agree with ph34rph4c70r. But you may want to think of running another Vampire Lord and another Sacred Phoenix, while possibly thinking of siding or taking out and Ancient Gear Engineer

reasoning: you need to get book of life to give your zombies recursion as much as possible. Pyramid turtle should be maxed as well to get the most of your zombies. Old vindictive magician is good for catching your opponent off guard and I usually run 2 in anything involving phoenix. Rush/shrink should be added because your vlord doesn't need to be ran over by cyber dragons.

I completley changed it. It still needs help though.
