Hi. I took a break from yugioh and now that I'm ready to get back, I need help making this deck. Its tricky but I want to make this deck. Its a neo kind of deck. I was going to have it where neos is involved but don't think I can do that. I don't have all the neo but I think I can make a good deck. I could use some help with this deck.

Well I did get it at 40 but I do believe I need some help with it. i do have neo-spacian panther but I don't think he would work well in this deck.
