Alright I worked on this deck for a while and it's very consistent on working. I didn't want to post it but I figured why not share it with everybody, I'd love to see this show up at a shonen or something.

You can always drop the swords and something else if you need to get it to 40, I used to play with 40 but found it becoming very hard to not actually deck myself and the only card that's not really needed is Swords, it just gives you time to set up the combo to go off in the one turn. And just for the record even with three Upstart Goblins going off you only need 19 spells in your graveyard to burn your opponent to 0 so you might not need to mill through everything, just keep track of how many spells you have in the grave. Morphing Jar is key in this deck and must be the first priority in order to get the combo off, once you have morphing jar the deck pretty much plays itself.
