No, and No. Dogma can only be special summoned by tributing 3 monsters, one has to be Destiny Hero. And he cannot be revived from the graveyard, although you can use The Warrior Returning Alive to bring him back to the hand.
Don't see why not, but you get his tokens at your next stand-by phase after it has been destroyed, so you would have to bring him back and then tribute the tokens and Double Dude.
You can also tribute any Destiny Hero and two Scapegoat tokens for Dogma (or Ojama tokens as well), observe:
Scapegoat
Quick-Play Spell
If you activate this card, you cannot Normal Summon, Flip Summon or Special Summon during this turn. Special Summon 4 "Sheep Tokens" (Beast-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position to your side of the field. The "Sheep Tokens" cannot be used as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon (or Set).
Ojama Trio
Normal Trap
Special Summon 3 "Ojama Tokens" (Beast-Type/LIGHT/Level 2/ATK 0/DEF 1000) in Defense Position on your opponent's side of the field. The tokens cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon. When an "Ojama Token" is destroyed, the controller of that token takes 300 points of damage.
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 monsters, including at least 1 "Destiny Hero" monster. If this card is Special Summoned, halve your opponent's Life Points during their next Standby Phase.
