im building a light deck built for speed and i need draw power

if it be a monster they need to be light and 4 star or lower

magic's it dosent matter

cant use the traps cause my traps are locked down

Which has a flip effect that lets you draw one card.

i heard of those but i cant find them at all online or at tourneys

Buy the "jaden-ish" STARTER deck it comes with 1 I think...so you may have to buy 3 in the end, or ask around the trade forum here for people that might be willing to let go of theirs...either that or look up magical merchant/helping robo for combat...

Not sure what else can't think right now but it is some drawing power, although you could try Card Trader to swap a card from your hand for drawing a new card.

There's always White Helping Robo for Combat . . . it's an aggro'ish monster that can draw cards for you.
