Alright, this is a deck concept I've come up with for one of our new Ritual buddies, Lycanthrope.
Designed to take advantage of Advanced Ritual Art and the Ojamas to pull Lycanthrope.
So here it is, the Odd Concept of OjaHowl:
Deck Name: OjaHowl
Theme Song: Bark at the Moon(Black Sabbath)
Total: 44
Monsters: 21
Spiral Serpent
Frostosaurus
2x Summoned Skull(will become 3x Frostosaurus soon)
2x Zure, Knight of Darkworld
3x Sabersaurus
3x Ojama Green
3x Ojama Yellow
3x Ojama Black
3x Lycanthrope
Spells: 15
Mystical Space Typhoon
Swords of Revealing Light
My Body as a Shield
Ancient Rules
Card Destruction
Magical Mallet
Big Bang Shot
2x Ojamagic
3x Synthesis Spell
3x Advanced Ritual Art
Traps: 6
2x Zero Gravity
2x Ojama Trio
2x Justi-Break
2x Ordeal of a Traveler
So, let me know if this looks good and if this concept can work well- help me tweak this!
The Zero Gravity, IMO, will help me inflict some damage through the Ojama Tokens that are laid, and anything else that ends up in f/u DEF that my monsters can't beat in that position :)
hm..........it looks good overall. I suggest finding room for another Ancient Rules so you can easily summon something big. Maybe take out a Synthesis Spell since you already have 3 ARA.
What's fun is when you pull the awsome opening hand of:
2 Lycanthrope
2 Advanced Ritual Art
Summoned Skull
Ancient Rules
I pulled that hand once- just yesterday, actually... and my friend made the first move, throwing a Goblin Attack Force in ATK mode, but apparently drew nothing s/t wise. Yeah, that game was over pretty quickly.
Now, if I could lucksack like that in alot more games... then this might win something big.
Anyone else have any advice for this particular deck, anything to make it more terrifying?
Again with the Ojamas Oddspirit? Oh well I might as well comment on your deck while I'm here.
A very interesting concept, however, I would deeply urge you to find and then put in as many as you can find of Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands. That card is almost like Elemental Hero Stratos, except for Rituals. I assume the lower level guys are the strongest Normals you have correct? I would take out Spiral serpent because of the fact that it can't be used with Advanced Ritual Art. There must be a typo since you have 8 Traps, not 6. Other than that it looks pretty good, I would try to put in a Heavy Storm.
Very neat deck, I'm not sure how it would play, but I give you 8/10 for an intriguing concept that has the potential to perform well .
An interesting tidbit of information for all those not taking Nihongo classes: "Ojama" means "Nuisance" in Japanese.

I knew that :)
Anyway, Spiral Serpent, while unusable for Advanced Ritual Art, is wonderful with Ancient Rules(I'm still trying to snag 2 more), which is why he's in there.
This deck is designed to do one thing: Get normals into the grave, get Lycanthrope to the field, and do some damage :)
Dragon: You just want revenge from the deck I said wouldn't work, don't you? This one could work alot better than what I saw from you
