How would a deck utilizing Jetroid, Skyscraper, Tremendous Fire, and Big Burn work?

I couldn't help you either as I see no real connection between the cards. But interesting to see Big Burn mentioned. That is going to be a GREAT sidedeck option against Sky Scourge decks.

My 2nd post should have helped more actually. Since it was the Middle East who thought up the idea.

Not a bad idea, you might want to add in desert sunlight and blasting the ruins to add to the power of this combo.

Additionally you are going to need some speed to help draw through your deck, 3 hump lacooda and des lacooda both should help you get your combo pieces in hand for the big finish.
