id take out a power bond and throw out a fusion guard or a damga polarizer to negate the life point cost to power bond or throw in a cyber kirin,running 3 power bonds could get ya into some trouble life point wise,using so many unions,frontline base might not hurt,as it would allow you to bring the unions out faster.
