This question is in all reguards to the new gemini monsters coming out in the next set. if u special summon them with searcher's do they get there second effects or do u have to resummon them anyway?

Yes, you always need to give up 1 normal summon to give them an effect. regardless of how they were first summoned. If you special summon them of course, then you can still give them their effect the same turn.
