For "destroying" there is Deck Devastion Virus, Crush Card Virus and Epidemic Eradictor Virus.
For "discarding" there is Spirit Reaper,Mind Crush,Robbin' Goblin and Spiritual Water Art-Aoi.
For "sending" there is only Trap Dustshoot,Chaos Emperor Dragon and Sky Scourge Norheas.
And for "preventing/slowing" there is Time Seal, Legendary Jujitsu Master, The Mysterious Guard, Phoenix Wing Wind Blast, Winged Sage Falcos and Raiza the Storm Monarch.

Those are about the best ones out here.Some of them are the only ones, though.I didn't mention the ones already mentioned in your and Alucard post.

Don't forget D.D. Designator <_< that's an awesome card. I don't know if many remember this card but...

There are literally too many to name. Hand control will typically play thestalos, drop off and a tomato engine with reaper and a pair of don zaloogs. But Spiritual water art, confiscation, morphing jar, card destruction, mind crush, DD designator, robbin Goblin are also all valid choices. And Dillie-O would probably shoot me if I didn't mention Mefist the Infernal General.
