I need dards for stopping flip effects or destroying the flip effect monsters (besides attacking of course because I don't want the effect to activate)

Monsters that destroy monsters while face-down, there are a few like Sasuke Samurai, Mystic Swordsman Lv4, Lv6, Zaborg, Stratos, spells like Nobleman of Crossout, Share the Pain (doesn't destroy, only tributes), Tribute to the Doomed, etc., traps like Raigeki Break, Ceasefire (negates effects), etc.

Don't forget the ever faithful Dark Ruler Ha Des, Dark Balter the Terrible, and Fiend Skull Dragon. Granted the Dark Ruler and Dark Balter need to destroy the monster, most flippers have a low enough DEF that they can easily march through.

Royal Command, Skill Drain and Light of Intervention (if the monster isn't face-down already) should do the trick as well.

Offerings targets face up monsters only.

If you have another Six Samurai on the field, Six Samurai Irou takes out face-down monsters. Dark World Lightning can work well and is easy to find.

Stratos doesn't destroy face-down monsters, it only destroys Spell or Trap cards.

he probably meant tribute to the doomed and not offerings. that destroys fd monsters as well. And good on Chasi to add Irou to the list, he propelled me to 10-2 this week in two tournaments with 1st and 4th place finishes.

And I'll follow suit with DM, and recommend Skill Drain.
