Is Zorc Level 8 also? I forget. If so I'll defintetly consider it, I'm going to try out Ruin for a few days just to see if it's even worth the trouble at all because I've wanted to be able to include it in a deck for a long time now. Thanks for the suggestion.

Demise is usually a Deck I hate the MOST. No offense to you, but I find it to be a cheap deck. Anyway, to my fixes.
Ruin is a ho >=O Shame on ye. Running Zorc will give you an extra Trade-In discard/Advance Ritz hit. *Runs to YVD for a sec.* Okay, his effect is pretty good. Plus, how many times do you seriously hit just a six in every duel? Also, with 2700 attack, Not much is going to get through him, physical-wise, mind you.
Neo-Bug gives you another beater, and with Legacy, you get a free draw. What else is better?
Again, the Legacies give you a free draw (Or two), and help with the small hands the deck ends up with, and burn through to get Demise Faster.
If you like the fixes, go check out my Masters of Necromancy Deck. ^^

You still get the kill in roughly 3 turns, as with the old deck. Theoretically you open with everything you need. To do that you need to have 7 chances of drawing each combo piece. there are 4 combo pieces :
Part 1 : 3 demise, 3 manju, 3 senju = 9
Part 2 : 3ARA, 3 manju, 2 sonic bird = 8
Part 3 : 1 prem, 3 Dozer, 3 Kotetsu = 7
Part 4 : 3 kotetsu; 1 megamorph, 3 great maju Garzett
because we know that's just theory and reality isn't always perfectly mathematical, triple trade in with 8 Target and 3 of them searchable by another 6 cards, will help, as will triple mallet, which will also let you put back normal insects where you want them. The double summon can let you drop 2 searchers in a turn, or drop a searcher and still be able to use great maju garzett. I'm only running one copy because i'm not a fan of it. It screws up mallet plays.
I appreciate all the input that I've gotten so far. I want to test out my build a little more before I start making drastic changes. I'm not a huge fan of Great Maju Garzett but I can see the damage he can do here. I was able to smack down my Light and Darkness Dragon Deck pretty quick in game one, but in game two Light and Darkness Dragon came out and pretty much shut me down. I'll have to test more against that tonight to see how much of a threat it really is.
Against RaiDa, siding 3 Forced Back seems to help. Lava Golem is another powerful one, if you swap to a burn side (as proven by David Rodriguez at San Mateo).
The only thing I've done so far is cut one Double Summon and add a second copy of Sing of Memories. I'm pretty close to either adding Dark Master Zorc or a third copy of Metal Armored Bug into the deck in place of Ruin, Queen of Oblivion. I've been pretty shocked at how quickly this deck has been going off and how many different ways this deck can pull off a win. Now if only my Trade Ins would get here so I can take out my proxies.
With two Swings, I'd cut both Neo Bugs and Ruin for a Zorc, Great Maju, and Metal Armored Bug #3. It'll get your Trade In's and Swings more targets, and give you a second Megamorph.
Finally maxed out on Metal Armored Bug, the deck has been running great so far. There are really tons of different combinations that can win the game with this deck. I might have to dig more and see if I can find a copy of Great Maju Garzett.
I think I'm going to dump Double Summon (which just hasn't seemed to work out the way I wanted it to) for Great Maju Garzett. I guess this means I have to dig back through my Rare/Common box and figure out where one is hiding.
I'm still shocked how quickly and consistently this deck wins. Even in games that I'm below 2000 life points there are still tons of ways for this deck to sneak out a win. Special Summon Doom Dozer, Swing of Memories on Metal Armored Bug and tribute for Great Maju Garzett is something the old version of this deck could never do, though it's not an easy setup, needing three bugs in the graveyard, it does happen sometimes.
oh that is he best part of it because once your opponent finds out you are running demise they try and deal lots of damage in only a few turns so that you cant get off the payment for demise's effect....then they start to feel safe, when all of a sudden you pop out a metal bug with swing and then a doom dozer and they are like...oh crap where and how??? xD...that is always the best...but i love how you have it, mine has been running well. they best part is we have only three of us that run demise where i am and so we have a small team thing we do each demise is a little different, but i like how yours is flowing....anyway since you are taking out the Double summon....i would say a Dimesion fusion.....or maybe a Ritual Foregone...with the Ritual forgone your Demise may not be able to attack...but still good for the effect and tribute for the Great Maju Garzett...and even bait for them to waste a bottomless and such...
By the way the deck you have to start with...only has 39 cards...

Looks like I miscounted when I posted the deck. I thought I dropped Neo Bug to 1 but I remember bringing the count back up because I was running into issues where I didn't have 2 Level 4 Insects left in my deck to send to the grave when I wanted to Advanced Ritual Art into Doom Dozer.
