So when I run Doc Ock over to Black Panther i can grab the object from under his legs and run away without having to break away , right ? Thanks

Yep.

Balor is right. As long as the figure has SS and L/C, HSS, Phasing, or is a flyer, they can steal an object from under a stealther and then move away. ( I think I hit them all)

A flier w/ superstrength can do this as well, since aren't affected by figure bases for movement anymore (although they still need to breakaway if based at the beginning of a turn)
