I love the ability, well....I used to. Now you can only use a free action when you MC somebody? Tell me I must be dreaming. What are all the possibilities that one could do after you MC a character? I would find out but I can't think through all the pain.

When you MC a character you can give that character one free action. This free action can be used to perform a ranged combat action, close combat action, power action, move action, or free action but since it's free you don't put a token on the MCed character.
So the possibilities to do a lot are still there. You can have that character attack, move, or outwit or perplex something. You can also have them turn off optional powers before you give them an action (these will remain off for the remainder of the turn).
So the possibilities became only slightly more limitted with the new Indy Rules (ie. now that perplex and outwit are free actions if you decide to have an MCed character outwit something that is all they can do as that's their one action).

You're dreaming. You can use any action (move, attack, free) with MC, but whatever you choose (including free) is the one action you can assign with that fig. Also, you no longer add a token to the MC'ed fig.

Personally, I like the new Mind Control. I miss the figure not getting an action token, however, using 3 figures with Mind Control and making somebody's Firelord or Ultron take three shots at its own team is pretty sweet.
There is a slight trickiness to MCing multiple figures – they are all considered friendly at the time of the Mind-Control. As you give each fig an action, they go hostile. So the first action can’t be used to attack another MC’ed fig anymore, since they’re all considered friendly. However, after you give an action to #1, then #2 can attack him, and #3 can then attack #2.
There’s also another perk: Mind Control no longer does damage. Ever. If you critically hit, you won’t do that single click of damage (which can in turn cause knockback that can put the MC’ed figure out of range to make the action you were going to do). If you critically miss, then you still don’t take a click of damage for the fumble.
It lost the Incapacitate aspects, but the flip side of that is that your opponent can’t protect his figures from Mind-Control simply by pushing them.
I also like the new rules. Being able to MC a "pushed" character is huge. My friends and I played a 4- player, 600 point game last night and SOD Superman just about wiped the board all by himself. He attacked on his turn, then was MCed anywhere from 1-3 times by his opponents. Since he didn't get pushed, he did damage like crazy to everyone.
Anyway, it was very cool.
Listen, here's the thing. If you can't spot the sucker in the first half hour at the table, then you ARE the sucker.
