Notice that the titles state that 3 Destiny Draws and 3 Malicious are for sale, but the fine print will say otherwise:

Always make sure they have had a steady 25+ postive selling feedback before buying from them.

Everyone here had to start from 0 and send first, so these people are obviously just trying to get a good rip.

How about we simul-send?" Or the classic "Hey man, I know you have more refs, but I -really- need these cards for a tourny Saturday. Please, please let's simul-send! I also had this happen to me one time: Me and another guy were going to do a trade, and he had one less ref than me, so I told him he'd have to send first. He really wanted to simul-send, and of course I said no. Then, suddenly, he has the same amount of refs as me. He said he'd had a pending trade and the guy just hadn't left him a ref yet. So I checked out the profile of the guy who left him the recent ref, and the guy had joined like, 10 minutes earlier. Of course when I confronted him about this, he said it was an older member who lost his password. I told him there was no way of proving this and that I wasn't going to accept it as a legit ref. I can't remember if we ever ended up trading. If we did, he sent first.

More than likely that person is trying to get ready to rip people off and look legit all at the same time.
Beware and read carefully (looking through sellers'/traders' past auctions/trades helps out a lot) or you will end up at the mercy of these con artists. EDIT: It would also help to look out for what kind of person you are dealing with. Take Orange's example, he traded with a member that got banned and therefore lost his cards, this fellow was not only dishonest, but probably (since I don't know who the person was...) quite a problematic character, so please check out their posts and see what you think of the "guy" and judge for yourself how honest and even-tempered the person is/might be if worse comes to worse...
What I want you guys to do after this (since I'm leaving it open) is post more examples (we can't do everything here; [insert number of CCGRealms members currently active] is better than 15 Staff Members (maybe...), so hop to and give us your experiences, so that others may learn of your errors and grow from them (and laugh at you or my "brother", lolz)).

I've actually only been ripped once, and it was my first trade on here. I traded with some guy, and the day after I sent he was banned. So naturally I never got my cards. But I did a few more trades and all have been successfull, noe that I'm more cautious.
Wow orangecrush! My first ever trade I was also ripped! aint that sad? I tend to notice that maybe half of the new people who post list have all the good stuff (CCV, DAD, JD,) and thats all, then they decline every offer and every attempt at someone trying to trade with them, its a little suspicious <_<
Yeah, I got ripped twice. Hey 1001, I posted something on this a few days ago, and It didn't get to much playtime. I have been seeing more of that though. I reccomend to every new trader, to either mod trade, or send with Confirmation with an ID check. That is a good way to protect your investment.

On this site, I can't belive some tried to rip me through a mod trade. Good thing the mod isn't as stupid as the trader thought. The ripper tried to give me 3 crappy commons in a sealed envelope that was very well sealed and had claimed he had everything in there with a note. Mod wanted to make sure everything was there and said he had to destroy the envelope to see what was in it. Boy, was he suriprised. I thought I had heard it all, until this one. Never replied back to any of my pm's, and is an obivious ripper. I was suspicious of him from the very beginning and surprised he was willing to mod trade. He's plan backfired however.
