demise has been near outcast ever since they limited ara to one, so drop one or two and keep one just for laughs, three is too many if you can only summon one a dual easily. also try an ancient rules or two if your looking for a quick otk, summon bewd with it and sack for maju, wham 6000 right there.
I might also suggest running Ancient Gear gadiltron dragon and geartown and megamorph. ancient gear is 8 star so it can be tribute for Demise and if you have geartown on field when you blow up field it'll be destroyed and you'll be able to bring him back then just slap a megamorph on gadiltron with one more monster you have game. I've seen a deck that runs this and it was ridiculous! The guy i played also ran two seven tools to prevent destruction of demise when he came out.
See, Demise is wonderful. It has encouraged more people to try out Fiends than even Dark World has.
First off: Trade-In x3 will help you dump unnecessary Demise or BEWD and eat through your deck for the proper set up. This deck is all about the combo, so anything to speed things up is critical. Other options I am familiar with using are Card Trader and Reckless Greed. Both work pretty well, though I prefer Reckless Greed.
Me, I used to play 2 Vortex Trooper, but when I added Chaos Sorceror, I switched one to Mad Reloader. Another personal preference is Swords of Revealing Light and Messenger of Peace instead of Gravity Bind and LLAB, simply because they can be removed from the field at your own discretion.
Since you are mainly using BEWD as Demise fuel for ARA, I would definitely swap 1 Senju for a 3rd Sonic Bird and concentrate on getting ARA quickly.
The only other advice I would push (without it altering the overall structure of your build) is Royal Decree. I think 2 of those would be more valuable to protecting Demise than the 2 Lightning Vortex. You dont want to waste valuable resources to summon Demise only to see a Torrential throw you off-course.
I know that Demise has been spurned since the restriction of ARA, but honestly, I prefer that it has driven off unbelivers to the Fiend faith. Its still a great deck, even if it takes more effort to pull off. Good luck and keep tinkering with it. I think it could keep you entertained for quite a long time.
dino- ancient rules i forgot all about that, and BEWD wont die in the end phase like with swing. but now that im using trade-in he will probably be in the GY... but ill keep this in mind thanks

edited... as well as some updates of my own anyone think i could make this semi competitive? open to more ideas for suggestions/changes.

that is my deck idea it is a complete different deck but i think it will work out im going to build it in a few weeks and test it and ill let you know how it does
