I hate to do this, Aiken, but you're not even communicationg, and I sure as heck know you got my package. This is from Foxxfire...I recently changed my account name, but even before they closed my last one (Foxxfire), I didn't see even one new message from jdaiken in almost two weeks. Now seeing as I know he got the package, wouldn't he bother to let me know he hadn't shipped something? I read his claim of being grounded 'till june, but that seems steep, and even if true, wouldn't his parents be reasonable enough to ship his items for him? Heck, MY parents were horrible about grounding me (I was constantly so), and yet they'd have worked with me on a thing like that. But, more than anything, it's his horrid lack of communication that's the slaying point. Sorry man...but you brought it on yourself.

I'm really sorry. Second one being ripped by that guy. I guess the Mardi Gras story was just an excuse. Luckily u are from the States so don't stop pressing this issue. I really hate bad traders...

I apologize for the separate thread issue...I didn't realize he had so many already. My apologies there. I don't try to ignore anyone, merely, I don't always 'look before I leap' (I didn't check to see how many threads, if any, he had). I still hold to my comment though, as he has made no effort to contact me, despite his claim over two weeks ago that he was going to ship in the next day or so. I don't like to damage anyone's rep, but that burned me bad...I lost Bart, my BR Sprint, and a number of other units. Need I say more?

no and i am sorry for his bad trade problems things and lose the units you said you lost i would have Drove over to his house and Punched him in the neck if he didnt live across the united states

As much I hate to see good traders get scammed from this guy. Has anyone brought this up to the moderators ? I'm surprised he has not been banned as of yet since it looks like he screwed over more than one person. Ferretrascal, sorry to hear you got taken by this guy. Assuming you have kept everything like delivery confirmation numbers you can file for mail fraud. Most people still think that the USPS doesn't listen to situations like these but they do if you file it correctly. I have had experience in filing for fraud so let me know if you need any help.

Mail fraud is a FEDERAL offense, whether you're 5 or 50, when you use the postal service to commit fraud and in this case, taking/receiving something and not sending something in return per a written agreement(yes your PM's count) it can result in an investigation. Nothing like a nice goverment letter showing up on your doorstep or in this case Jdaiken's parents' doorstep about a federal investigation. Jdaiken can choose not respond or at this point, not care but he will when local authorities show up on his doorstep I'd like to hear the excuse he gives them.

Dwilson - You werent ignored - actually, you make quite a good point. I chose (after deliberating on your comment - and I DID do this) to post another thread because I read this snipped in the trading rules alert at the top of the trading forum:

So - for now I think he has 3 complaints in 90 days... I doubt its this rigid, but its a threat to jdaiken, if he wants to keep trading.

Anyways, I'd suggest that Foxxfire send to jdaiken a copy of the mail fraud form (if there is such a think), already filed out, with a copy of all the evidence - so Josh know that what he is doing is not only unethical, but a CRIME.

Well, methinks I may very well do that. I'll scrounge up the info in my room (I never throw important things away, just lose track of them), and get it underway when I go to the post office today. Anyone else who can probably should...pressure makes for a quicker response, no? I can't believe there are people like this, though...it doesn't make sense to me.
