Was just wondering what everyone thinks is the rarest LEs out there? Talking mostly overall, what figures seem to be the hardest to find either because they were not released or they were only released in small numbers.

Not including Falcon's Prey, I would submit that these units might be considered some of the rarest to obtain:

Gunsho Junko Oshiro
Scott Tracyk
Mason Dunne
Daneel Wolf
Gunsho Hiroshi Kato
Krystyn Shon
Ion Murphy
Carmen Hern

Stefani Ehli
Saturina Perara
Bart Bradshaw

I'm sure that is not all of them and I kow some of them have been released as BM awards or whatnot, but just curious what others think are some of the rarest LE units in the game as it stands right now, pre-Falcon's Prey.

Well, of this list, Rusty Cooper was the one that took me the longest to get. Carmen Hern I've had extras of and couldn't give it away.

Of course, the rarest "LEs" aren't Mechwarrior LEs. The Mage Knight Four Horseman win an overall "rarest LE" contest by far. The exact number isn't certain, but it looks like only 5 of each exists.

Well if they ever pull something like that with MW there are going to be a lot of pissed off collectors.

Now that I think about it, of the 14 listed above, 8 belong to factions that I don't collect. So maybe I am doing okay (3/6).

Rusty and the ROTS MASH, IMO are the most difficult to find. I'm not sure why you would even want to find them.

FYI Scott Tracyk was re-released several months ago for various stuff and his price dropped almost overnight from $100 down to like $20. So I wouldn't classify him as an ultra-rare anymore.

And a number of others are not too expensive price-wise even though they are rare just cause they are not useful.

well saturina is one that i want but have never seen nor have seen any event where she was a prize for. except of course for cons.

Yeah, and are the new Kenneth Medchelke bases marked with (c) 2004? Because if so, Kenneth Medchelke (c) 2003 should be on the list. It was pretty #### rare, and tough to get.

I'd say Sgt. Major Rusty Cooper is the hardest to find, and costs alot when you do.

I only have Scott Tracyk.

Within 2 weeks and not including Falcon's Prey, Rusty Cooper will be the only unique I'm missing from my Swordsworn collection. What really stinks is I'm also missing the non unique SSw Condor Tank. So close but so far at 97 of 99 pieces. :(

So I vote Rusty Cooper who goes up to around $60-$80 on ebay. Dang you college tuition and you to new car payments lol.

I'd have to say Daneel Wolf is the rarest. Today's the first time I've even heard of her.

Except for rusty, i've actually seen the rest on the list in person.
