Well, think of it this way: for standard constructed tournaments, OEJ will be retired, so you won't have to deal with that combo ;)

But for unrestricted my OEJ WILL be using this.

True, of course, OEJ will also be able to make use of 30 fewer points of support, and if the Swordsworn units get eliminated, OEJ loses this ability. Artillery will certainly help against this, in any case.
