Hi everyone, I was wondering: How much average nons an average unique is worth in a trade? Or if you prefer: How much nons should I get for an unique?
I'm involved in a trade with a warlord (so he must know what he do). The trade consist of a Troll Knight for:
1x rare 1
3x rare 2
5x rare 3
1x rare 4
It's not important to know what the nons are because I chose them from a list. Please give me your opinion. Oh and I hope the warlord in question will not be upset:), I'm just curious.
Actually there is no figure in that list that I absolutely want. it could be the nightfiends but I already have one of each. Oh by the way, do you pronounce «fiend» as you pronounce «friend»?
I thank you for your opinions kindakous and Techpriest.
As for the trade, personally I would not do it, especially if you don't really want any of the figures. I would not trade a unique for any group of nons unless they were nons I really planned on using... and out of that group of nons, I really don't see anything compelling enough to trade a unique. *** Gunners, sure. Reapers, sure. ** and *** Grave Robbers? I don't think so.
I wouldn't do the trade. Most of the nons are not that great and as you said you wouldn't use the figures it isn't worth it. Trade value is relative. If you are happy with the trade then do it if not then don't
Thank you all for your answers, that really helped me:). I still have a question: So do you pronounce «fiend» as you pronounce «send» but with a «f» instead of the «s»? Or you pronounce it as «mean» with a «f» instead of the «m» and a «d» at the end? Sorry for that, my main language is the french:(.
In many cases, a large formation of smaller figs can be much more useful than a single unique. The best armies often rely upon many lesser figures rather than one central unique. Examples are swarm, fling & ping, and yo-yo. Most armies of these types are centered around a strong combination of many good nons, rather than one or two big uniques.
