You have a "death star" formation with Stormy and the ESA's, then you have a Chaos Mage formation and Wyvern as your heavy harasser.
This kind of army used to work very well, it was difficult to deal with its threats before unlimited rules changes.
Now your opponent has some different ways to base your formations and destroy them piece by piece, as your "cannons" can't do anything to help them.
If you like Stormy, you could make a formation as the one you have, and add other threats to drive your opponent's attention from the big guy. Then you could add a good charger (Centaur Champion, Heavy Cavalier / Lancer, Nightmare Reaper, Horned Hatchetkrugg, etc) to protect your formation. Stormy's problem is its speed, only average. That's why you need decent support. IMO the orcs formation won't help you much.
The rammer (War Hatchet) is always a great threat, your opponent would never underestimate it.
All your "extra" threats (War Hatchet / Wyvern / Horned Hatchet) can breakaway easily. That way, if your opponent bases any of them, you'll probably have the chance of breaking away and shooting with your enhanced Stormy.
Finally, an army with such powerful commander (Podo) can't lose a battle.
I would try this:
Stormy - 115 points
ESA's * x 3 - 54 points
Horned Hatchetkrugg *** - 44 points (bodyguard)
War Hatchetkrugg *** - 40 points
Wyvern - 44 points
Podo - 3 points
Total - 300 points
There's no healing, it's true, but it's pretty aggressive, and has different ways to deal with opponents (enhanced long range, charge, ram, venom).
my suggestion is to keep some of Battlemaster's ideas. However, I would take out the horned hatchetkrugg for a **Nightmare Reaper and then make one of the ESA's for a *Shaman. other than that follow him. This makes 6 actions for movement, perfect for 300 pts.
