can you magic blast a figure with stealth in hindering terrain?

that is to say the target has stealth and is in hindering terrain.

Ninku its legal, you can MB a fig with a stealth ability eventhough he/she is in the hinderine terrain im sure you have a reason why you asking this hmmm... i wonder what it is?....:rolleyes:

MB everything except MI coz they have a built-in counterspell... ^^

MB negates terrains(hindering and blocking). The line of fire is never considered block by terrains or figure bases.
