Strategy should be pretty much self explanatory. The only thing i am worried about are the command rolls. To solve this, i could downgrade the gilgarsh and input that many points of brass comanders.
Are you talking serious? NO useful warriors! Just those craps! OST, GFD, tecnomancing, amazon draconum... Is this kind of spam armies that noobs posts on the realms that "overswarm" the forum, makes everithing work slower, and spend realmers time while they could be working over better armies. Do you think you will beat anyone with this? Sorry, mk tourneys arent 4 fun, they are very competitive; if you want to have a (little) chance of winning, plz, burn this army and rebuild it with decent pieces, not those mediocre ones you choose.
Tet, if I were you I'd ignore that. I think someone's a little cranky.
ANYway, i like what you've got going on. I'm no conquest expert by any stretch, but I'm learning. I think you could work a little on your ram gun crew. It seems a little expensive for what it's for. Plus, the Wandering Mochooch doesn't have the 360 degree arc the *** WHK has - I'd downgrade it.
I also don't see a huge bonus in having the Magus in that group. I recommend taking him out and putting in a few stalking skeles. The pyre may be a liability as well.
As for the OSTs, I'd throw in a defend piece - EGM or Eldritch come to mind.
I guess that's all for now. I'd leave in Gilgarsh - he's much better than the IRHG, and does some nasty FL for ya.

The function of the Magus is to provide some defence for my ram gun, and to provide another command roll. I suppose i could downgrade him, but as i said, it would remove one of my precious command rolls.
Pretty good, if I had that many ESA's or a Moochoch, I'd try it out.
However, I do not have these figures, so I may downgrade the Moochoch to a WHK and use Demi's.
Mochooch actually isn't as good as a regular WHK in conquest. The hatchetkrugg gets its full base as a front arc, allowing some crazy-fresh-funktified ram action. Mochooch, being unique, does not.
You're army may do it like this strike the MDF of your opponent longrange and indirectly that way they wont be able to strike back.
Weakening your opponent by your ram engine, thats cool.Then attack with all your firepower.
Goodluck to your opponents i am still figuring out how can i beat an army like that, perhaps an equivalent mirror army, whatever have'nt seen anything like that here c",)

Anyway Id say you are alright with two command rolls but others have already pointed out some problems that may mean losing the magus. I like the army though.
