I thought that only the dungeon-packs and some LE's had/were Hero's, but then I saw that preview about the Red Duchess and she's a Hero, can someone explain please?

R you sure you saw well? They aren't suppose to make any heros..

heroes can also be used in rebellion games...you can even decide what level you want to use that hero for...there's a point chart at the bottom of the figures base.

uprising is a rebellion expasion. i think they made heroes to make the game interesting and to give players a wide option on the heroes and what levels they wanna play them.

so if you play dungeons,you can also use the red duchess as part of a heroic party...its all up to you. i myself use heroes in reb games....

can hero charctters be used in tournys and campaings and all that? just wondering, if so how do they go about using them. if not..well never mind that question then heh

Rahz_Zalinto: yes they are tournament legal..whatever that tourney may be (rebellion games,campaings or dungeons)...the nice thing about using heroes is you can choose which level you want to use that particular hero..

sample: you want to use Autumn at level 2. she has healing and magic levitation at that level, and there's really no need to play her at her higher levels.

look at the bottom of the dial,there's a point cost chart there. heroes at level one cost at around 20 - 30...

that gives you the advantage of having a hero for a small point cost...although you may not heal that hero past the level where you started it in.

Yeah you can use heros in tournaments and campaigns. They are just like all the other figures. The only special thing about heroes is that you must pick a level for your hero (say level 3 or something) and you cannot heal him above that set level for the game. Heros are nice because they are more flexible than normal uniques, since you can start them anywhere from level 1 to level 5.

I think its cool that theres some heroes in Uprising, (I heard there are 10) how rare would they be? you can't have one in a pack. as theres too little vareity. would it be on the rarity of a *** fig, or a unique regular fig?

I knew about using hero's in Rebellion games, but never saw a non-LE hero figure in a Rebellion expansion.

The Red Duchess WILL be good (finally, a fig that can properly wield a minigun), and don't forget about everyone's favorite Necopolise Sect leader set to make an appearence in elite hero form...
