good start, but I think it'd just look cooler if you made it all draconum. I dont really see the point to the necromancer since the whelps only have about 5 clicks of life and will come back almost dead most of the time. The healer I can understand, but why not use the eldritch or mystic.
I'd suggest removing:
nightwitch
centaur medic
KI charger
revenant(if you have an amazon to replace it with, otherwise its good)
that'll give you 185 pts to work with.
if you add an eldritch taht leaves you with 92 pts left. add a whelp master to move your forces quickly(40pts)
downgrade a whelp or two for 6pts somehow. then use a bladesmith drac to finish off your army. This will give you ranged healing, a formation of ranged alchemists, the revenant, and a large force of close combat warriors. Should do nicely.
the army seems good but you really don't get full use out of the alchemists if they can't use shockwave all bunched together like that. aside from that, it seems like a nasty army to deal with.
you shouldent put the revenent on the chariot the chariots die like little girls In conquest.try to keep it all draconum with an even distribution of points torwads uniqes and nons trow the non's up to weaken the by using formation attacks and then bring in you uniges to finish of the big guy and anyone that can't hit you very well. that is what i do with my draconom horde and they havent failed me yet.
oh and if your going to put a magic blasting draconum on top of the chariot use the magus drac its less points more range,more damage at starting position, and it won't get hit on the chariot or else the chariot dies.
