ok so many figures are obsolete with the new ruling on multi targets...but this came up in a game i played in yesterday. 3 questions.

1-when you choose 2 targets with say bullseye and successfully hit both, one with an 18 defense and one with a 15, you roll high enough to hit both. can you now use rce on the one with the higher defense and not even worry about the other one? so you just target both in case if you do hit the one the higher defense.

2-same thing as question 1 but if you miss the one with high defense. can you blast the snot out of mr. 15 defense?

3-can you use the shield TA or enhancement with rce? i wasn't sure about the new ruling on this cause i thought you could now. am i wrong?

1) No you may not. RCE is specifically a one target attack. If you target more than one figure, you cannot use RCE.

3) You can "SHIELD up" RCE because it is a team ability. You cannot use Enhancement with RCE because it is a power that increases the damage dealt.
