Mondravolis might be worth getting rid of now. The fact that Magic Healing in 2.0 has the "choose a single target" clause now means his main gameplay attraction is going bye-bye.
Well as for Skyros there is a **griffon in the demo kit that has a 10" printed charge. You also may not double your movement with charge in 2.0 so Skyros gets considerably weaker when 2.0 comes out. He is still highly collectable IMO because of his rarity. As far as I know WK has not re-released him yet.
Originally posted by pkreynolds Mondravalis, even if the final 2.0 rules restrict Magic Healing to a single target, is still a 37-point 12" ranged healer with a 9 Attack.
It's not as if she's suddenly going to become worthless if you can only use her to heal one figure at a time.
I'd rather sell Mondravalis for $70 and spend $5 or $6 for a yellow Solonavi Channeler which does the same things for 33 pts. The only advantage Mondravalis has is that extra arrow. While it's slightly more useful in 2.0 (you can hit one target for 2 & the other for 1), it's not $65 more useful :)
blizzard is correct. It seems that both these figures are going to take a huge hit in 2.0 and it might be worth selling them. The money is great (you must admit that) and I have yet to see a figure actually go up dramaticly on e-bay.
My gilgarsh was $300 when it came out. It's now currently around $80-120 depending on the current market. I never expect him to climb up back to $300.
if your looking to sell, I would. Yes, the price of the figs might go up, but there is a better chance they will go down. Especially with the mass sell off of figs people are contemplating. If you want to hedge your bet, take the money now and don't look back.
