Okay, heres a 300 point orc team that focuses on one formation. In the begining, it will see like my activations are being wasted, but when the going gets tough, stuff starts to fall together!

Please keep in mind that this army is, for the most part, actually a formation to be used in much larger games. However, also racnk it as a stand alone army, though not as effective as most of its 300 point bretheren.

Kzar Uses his 9 inch move to threaten other pieces and take the heat of of the form. Gob Vol is there as the beatstick (LOL). The Form moves forward and uses the chargers as healing and to keep melee away. It dosnt look impressive, but it actually works quite well, though expensive.

Looks good to me! I've played armies similar, and they do pretty well. I suggest you upgrade the Berserker** to a ***, and downgrade the volunteer*** to a ** to get the full 300 points out of the army.

I would suggest using a different army. This one has no Ironclads or.........

i agree with thunder cat. theres not too much difference between a red gobo and a blue one, ay least not aas much difference there is between the red berserker and the blue one.

that being said why not in addition drop one red volenteer and down grade another one to yellow to up the gorger to a blue. this would put more power and points into your main attack squad and because the gobos, while threating, can never be depended upon to do anything ever.

also this is one of thouse armys i think where terrian placement becomes very important. not only to slow down your oponent but also so you can use your chaos mage and summoner to full effect. i would always bring at least one blocking 'house' and maybe a low wall. if you agiant melee funnel there attacks to you, but if its ranged.. hide adn magic blast back when you can.

also while i dont argue that nabar has potential as a harraser... well ive never used him like that sooo go nuts
