For the month of December, the following prizes will be available for specific events. Make sure your retailer and Envoy know what events you want to participate in, so that they can schedule now! LE's may show up again in different tournament format types.
Please Note: These kits are subject to change without notice. Prize kit contents may vary depending on figure availability. While WizKids will make every attempt to ensure that every venue who signs up for the appropriate event receives the prize kit as stated, last minute changes and substitutions may occur.
Mage Knight Head to Head Bring 300 points of Mage Knight carnage and defeat all who stand before you!
Turbine, maximillion, and Pit Tger stats are cool!!! Sniper's overwatch attack rating is not something to die for.... he'll be needing some relic equipped on him ASAP.
5/5 on the sculpts though... whatta beauty!!! more Golems... VIVA GOLEMKORE!!!
oh, and looking at these figures, my 1.0 collection is most surely NOT obsolete. Even the pricier uniques there equipped with a Relic would NOT want to run into Techun or Stormie...
Is it just me, or do these figs look way overpriced and their stats way too low? 6 attack!? Is this guy gonna duke it out with Podo? And i don't buy that 'stick a relic on them to make them better' argument. There are waaaay too many 1.0 figures that would totally decimate point-equivalent 2.0 figures. (I will give props to Maxmillian, he looks good for the points) In general though, i think the whiners about 1.0 figures going obsolete can rest easy, as i think it'll be a trend that 2.0 figures are packed with 'neat stuff' that jacks up their prices. Since they changed it to 300 pts, i'm sure Wizkids doesn't really care about the point costs as much. I was hoping though that you could field bigger armies in 300, but with overpriced figs and relics it looks like we'll still see 4-5 man armies for the most part.
