to all you people who say that 2.0 will be fair cause of point costs going up and 1.0 still ruling are wrong. granted, Vithzerai is a ####in beast, but 214 seems over-costed. but Veratrix-156, even beastlier at close range, honestly thats crazy. and then take a look at the nons. The only expensive one is the steam mauler, kinda like a souped-up wrath golem. all in all, it looks like were havin a repeat of my favorite set, Sinister, but im not buyin anything cause none of my friends want to play anymore cause they say 2.0 is too complicated (i agree, but i dont know why we couldnt keep playin. im sellin all my stuff by the way, so pm me and see if i have anything you want)

Okay, I'm impressed with Varatrix. Crushing Blow, Pierce, and Ghostform is a very interesting combination. I want him!

As to the Dragon, he's not bad - but I don't think using a 214 point figure for Hex is the best idea... :rolleyes:

wow. just wow. the ub-khan will help orcs so much i cannot justify it with words. each rank is VERY useful. same goes for the steam mauler. im not amazed with the dark crusader, but for its low point cost, itll certainly be used somewhat often. the varatrix is VERY impressive, and the viztherai looks... beastly but highly costed which hurts (24" range?!!! arent they trying to make melee better? then again its 2/3 your army...)

Hex is weird on the Drac...you want a Hex figure to help your Drac out, you DON'T want Hex wasted on your most powerful piece...

other than that, sweet! the Solo is great, put a nice relic on him and look out!!!

I'm having a feeling that Varatrix is going to be one of those uniques that I never seem to get...

Since nobody has pointed this out yet - it looks like Big Bound is here to stay - that Drac has a 24" striking range.

Those two uniques are insane!! Varatrix is one deadly 1v1 fighter...... best i've seen. Vithzerai is sweet too.... I wondered if they would make a piece higher pt cost than Arcane.

OMG THE DRACONUM AND SOLONAVI ARE SO FREAKING INSANELY SCARY! *breaths deeply* sorry... caps... bad.

But... wow... these two can use relics. I dont care if they're my entire army point cost :P
