The results for Traitors of FairHaven are in. The Dark Crusaders won again, making it that much harder to turn back the Tide. I guess not enough people like the other Factions to put up a credible defense.

What do you expect considering the scenarios are nothing more than a popularity contest now. Over half the 'realms (at least those players that answered the favorite faction poll a while back) are NS (or Dark Crusaders as they like to be called now :rolleyes: ) fans. It's gotten to the point of ridiculousness. Then top it all off with all the goodies that they got with 2.0.

Well, just keep hoping that they get stopped, like they should have been before 2.0 :rolleyes:

Yeah, well, they did get owned with figs in Dark Riders.... Either way, I dont see how it is a popularity contest. I mean, its not as if the people who arent playing the side of the Dark Crusaders just lie down and let their opponent beat them with a stick.

however against the dark crusaders...if byrch and oakes etc succeed in their quest to destroy the artifact that allows the DC to "re-animate" thousands of zombies at a time, then it will weaken the DC to some extent. And me being an EF fan i hope that they succeed, and i also hope that darq and raydan marz fight sometime.... which leads to the destruction of the vermillion crown and the returning of the much needed kossak.:rolleyes: :D

Half of the Dark Crusader "fans" are just on board because of Revenant! It is, IMO, stupid that they recieved so much support. I'd prefer them to lose and have only the loyal fans then band wagon-ers.

That story that has been going on in the chamber is wizkids way of explaining why the DC gets almost nothing and the EF gets a whole lot in Dark Riders. We all know they are going to be successful, and we all know that despite how much the DC are winning these scenarios, they are sooner or later going to start doing very bad and lose most of their power.

I thought these tournaments were supposed to guide the storyline and the direction of the next set. To me Dark Riders is going against everything that every DC player is fighting for.

Impossible. Dark and Light magic don't mix, it'd kill Kossak or drive him mad.

The DC Isn't much worse off then the other factions in DR. It only has a couple less figures then the other factions. It makes sense considering how well the DC did in the first 2.0 set.

Is anyone really surprised by this? Dark Crusaders got some of the best stuff in 2.0 - Kossak, Zombie Centaurs, Necro Bonestaff, Revenant. They're stuff is OWNING at the tournaments I've been running. Everyone is running Revenant, no matter which side they're playing.
