In a game I played yesterday I decided to give my newly arrived Hammer of the Realms a go. During the course of my second game, I attempt to make a close combat attack. Using the hammer, I roll 3 dice to choose the best two and roll....

My opponent's fig has the Counter attack ability so he rolls his counter and rolls...


A crit hit!!! :(




Can anybody beat that?!

1 Game in a tournament: 11 critical misses... a couple of them were pushes.

But luckily for me, the record for most critical misses in a game at one local venue is 16.

I told u to use luckblade!!! :p

One time when I was playing dungeons my opponent escaped with 500 gold and I was left in the dungeon fighting off 2 different injured monsters. I had 1 hero that needed 6 exp. to level to lv5 and kill all the monsters and escape with 780 gold so I would win. I look at a ram warrior that is 1 or 2 clicks from death and all my heros only need a 3 to hit it so I shoot it... critical miss. I attack again with a different hero, crit miss. I attack with the last hero... crit miss, now my party is really hurting and a monster token is slowing making its way to me. On my next turn I attack the ram warrior again... crit miss about 14 crit misses later my last hero kills itself then I go buy new dice.
